Our Service module handles all the post Sales jobs. Like maintenance, item replacement, repairing. With service module you can make on site changes like Warranty verification, request for replacement or repair.

As the ticket moves through the different phases of the service flow, it will work its way back and forth through to be scheduled and rescheduled. Since the flow incorporates a repair segment, the items do not get lost in the cracks.
